You’re Invited to Help Shape the Future of Seniors Housing in Lively

At 20 Hill Road, we believe the best communities are built together.

As planning continues for our Phase III seniors apartment expansion, we’re preparing to host a Public Information Session; an informal opportunity to share our proposed design and planning approach, and most importantly, to hear directly from you.

While a date has not yet been set (end of January 2026), we wanted to let the community know that this session is coming and that your thoughts, questions, and ideas truly matter.

What to Expect

This will be a relaxed, open house–style gathering designed to encourage conversation and transparency.

At the session, we will:

• Present the proposed design for the Phase III expansion

• Explain the planning rationale behind the project

• Answer questions and listen to community feedback

• Gather comments from residents, neighbours, and stakeholders

  
  

There’s no pressure, no formal presentations, just an opportunity to connect, share, and learn together.
